Billing questions

What does the free trial include?

14 days with every feature and up to 50 pull request reviews, with no credit card needed to start. When it ends, reviews pause until you choose a plan.

What counts as a PR review?

Each pull request reviewed in a month counts once, however many times it's pushed to: follow-up pushes to a pull request already counted that month are free. Each user adds 40 reviews a month to a pool shared by the whole workspace.

What happens if we use up the month's reviews?

New pull requests aren't reviewed until your next usage month starts (the billing page shows when), while pull requests already counted keep being reviewed. Adding users raises the limit straight away.

Can we change the number of users or cancel?

Yes, any time from the billing page. Added users take effect straight away; fewer users apply from the next billing period. If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again.

How are taxes handled?

In India, prices are in INR and 18% GST is added, with a GST invoice. Elsewhere, prices are in USD, and local sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

How can we pay?

In India by card, UPI or netbanking, with UPI AutoPay for monthly plans. Elsewhere by card, and other methods where available at checkout.

Is monthly or yearly billing better?

Yearly costs less per user: 25% less in USD and 30% less in INR. Monthly lets you change or cancel with less commitment. Both include the same features and review limits.
