Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Solemly.
Last updated 19 October 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Solemly AI, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India(“Solemly”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Solemly, you accept them. If you use Solemly for an organisation, you accept them for that organisation and confirm you're allowed to. You must be at least 18.
2. The service
Solemly reviews pull requests on GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket with AI, posts findings as comments and status checks, and offers related features such as security checks, merge gates, Jira acceptance checks, PR summaries, notifications and reports. We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove a major feature you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date, including your billing details.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and workspace.
- Workspace admins control who can access the workspace and its settings.
4. Your code and data
You keep all rights to your code and data. You allow us to access, process and store it only as needed to provide Solemly to you, as described in the privacy policy and on the security page. You confirm that you have the right to connect the repositories and services you connect. We don't use your code to train AI models.
5. AI output
Reviews, summaries and answers are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or miss problems, including security vulnerabilities. They don't replace your own review and testing. You decide what to merge and ship, and you're responsible for your code. Merge gates and other enforcement settings act only as you configure them.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, or connect code or data you have no right to share;
- attack, probe or overload Solemly, or get around its security, usage limits or billing;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell Solemly, or use it to build a competing product;
- use Solemly to send spam or harmful content into other people's repositories.
7. Trials, plans and billing
- New workspaces get a free trial (currently 14 days, with a review limit). When it ends, reviews pause until you choose a plan.
- Paid plans are priced per seat, billed monthly or yearly, with the number of pull requests reviewed per seat each month shown on the pricing and billing pages.
- Workspaces billed in India pay in INR through Razorpay, plus GST. Workspaces billed elsewhere pay in USD through Dodo Payments, which sells the subscription to you as merchant of record and adds any local tax; Dodo Payments' terms also apply to that purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled, except yearly plans paid in India, which you renew yourself.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't charged again.
- Fees already paid aren't refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we agree otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, email us.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We'll tell workspace admins at least 30 days before a change affects them.
8. Third-party services
Solemly works with services such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Jira. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Solemly and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, don't pay, or create a risk to Solemly or others; where we reasonably can, we'll warn you first. When your access ends, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
10. Disclaimer
Solemly is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or find every problem in your code.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Solemly in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We'll post changes here and update the date above. If a change is material, we'll tell workspace admins by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Solemly after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
